Regional Sales Manager - Bangalore and Kolkata

We are looking for Regional Sales Manager who has extensive experience in selling Insurance services.


Location - Kolkata, Bangalore

Responsibilities for Regional Sales Manager

  • The regional Sales Manager should be responsible for overseeing the daily and long-term operations of a company's branch across a geographic region

  • Creating regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives

  • Oversee product demand and supply in accordance with regional needs

  • Plan and execute training among staff members and management

  • Oversee sales and special promotions

  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition

  • Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals

  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues

Must-haves

  • Must be experienced in selling Insurance services

  • Five + years of sales experience in insurance services

  • Three + years in a managerial role

  • Availability to travel as needed

Qualifications for Regional Sales Manager

  • Strong communications skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Powerpoint and Excel

  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort with math

  • Creative problem-solving skills
